A small set of policies that keep the resort the kind of place our guests come back to year after year.
Check-in is at 2:00 PM. Check-out is at 9:00 AM. The early check-out gives our cleaning team time to turn the cabin over before the next guest arrives.
After unloading, only one car may be parked at the designated cabin parking space. An overflow lot is available for additional vehicles, trailers, and boats.
Boats may use the t-dock for 30 minutes only — for loading and unloading. Please don't leave a boat tied at the t-dock for longer.
Each cabin has a specific assigned dock. Please use only your cabin's assigned dock. A maximum of two boats per cabin.
The last person to use the fire pit each night is responsible for ensuring all embers are doused — please use the 5-gallon pail to bring water from the lake. This is a serious safety matter in dry weather.
Two dumpsters are available in the overflow lot — one for trash, one for recycling. Important: plastic bags are not allowed in the recycling dumpster.
No smoking inside any cabin. Smoking is permitted only on outside decks and porches.
Pets are not allowed for renters.
Fireworks of any kind are not permitted. This includes sparklers.
A $500 deposit is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due at check-in.
Deposits are non-refundable. If extenuating circumstances arise, please call the property manager to discuss your situation directly.
June, July, and August are our prime season. Weekly rates apply, typically running Saturday to Saturday.
Spring, fall, and winter stays are quoted at nightly rates with a two-night minimum. For Cabins #2, #5, and #8, please call to check availability for May (spring) and September/October (fall).
All cabin rates are subject to 5.5% Wisconsin state tax and 5.5% Three Lakes room tax (11% total).
Cleaning and laundry fees are charged separately and vary by cabin. Specific amounts are listed on each cabin page.
